Barbados Carnival, also called Crop Over Pageant, is an annual competition held in Barbados to rejoice the top of the sugar cane harvest. The 2025 competition is predicted to happen from July twenty fourth to August seventh.
The competition is a vibrant and colourful celebration of Barbadian tradition, that includes music, dance, and meals. The competition has its roots within the 18th century, when enslaved Africans have been allowed to rejoice their tradition in the course of the Crop Over competition. As we speak, the competition is a nationwide vacation and probably the most standard vacationer points of interest in Barbados.
