“Challenge 2025 Librarians” is a workforce improvement initiative launched by the American Library Affiliation (ALA) in 2015. Its purpose is to make sure that all librarians have the abilities and data they should meet the challenges of the twenty first century. The mission relies on the idea that libraries are important to a thriving democracy and that librarians play an important position in guaranteeing that everybody has entry to data and the abilities they want to reach the digital age.
